A bit off topic but . . .

Okay.
So I'm no Beibette, or Beleiber, or whatever mad Justin Beiber fans are calling themselves these days, but I recently read an article in a ridiculously outdated issue of j-14, that the song "Baby" is about this girl that Beiber liked when he was 13, and who rejected him.

So I'm just saying, girl-who- turned -J-beibs- down, I pity you.
Because, honestly, I can guarantee that 1000's of  crazy Beibettes are furious that any girl could turn down that coveted, golden-locked boy. Plus this poor girl is probably sitting there thinking- Selena Gomez, famous actress, is dating the boy that liked me, that I turned down. Talk about annoying. I mean, totally a "Sk8er boi" situation. This girl in Canada or wherever could have been the next teen sensation- but no. Just the awful, wicked, horrible girl who broke Justin Beiber's heart.

Sorry.

Summer Fashion?

Ok, so is it just me being, well, strange, but does it ever seem to you that fashion falls to pieces in the summer?
I mean, its one thing to be all about combat boots, or headscarves or whatever in the winter, but when you're traveling, and its the summer, doesn't it ever seem like all anyone wears is an endless combination of denim shorts, tank tops. soffe shorts, and tee shirts? Of course, that's just in my social hemisphere. So lets re- phrase. In the up to, lets say -15-year old environment, that's all anyone wears. So how can we keep our stylistic tendencies fresh and happenin' in the summer without being grossly over-dressed? Honestly, I  think the key is in accessorizing. During the rest of the year, I could care less about that, but during the summer, it's the key to success. Of course, don't be hampered by uncomfortable things- throw on a tank top and shorts as usual, but if you're normally into, say, the rocker look,  go for some studded bracelets, and maybe denim shorts. Or for the lacey-feminine look, try a skort, and maybe a lace vest over a tee shirt.
Buts that's just my opinion.  As always with fashion, do what you want, and if people don't appreciate it, their loss.
